Our Independent Driving Instructors are the heart of our business, they have the knowledge, the skills, the patience, the understanding to help you pass your test.
Each driving instructor covers a different area, most cover Reading, Berkshire in addition to their home locations of Wokingham, Bracknell, East Reading, Henley, Wargrave, Charvil, Twyford, Sonning, Woodley, Crowthorne, Farnborough, Ascot, and Newbury.
Natalie Mitchell
Advanced Driving Instructor
Natalie is literally the driving force behind Always Pass Driving School. Training as a driving instructor because she had a love of cars and wanted the opportunity to share that love of cars and driving with others. She trained as a driving instructor in 2006, she then set out on her own starting up Always Pass driving school, based in Reading, Berkshire, in 2007.
Since then Natalie has personally trained over 2000 people, but that was not enough.
Since 2007 Always Pass has grown to 5 driving instructors covering Reading and the surrounding towns.
Qualification: Grade A driving instructor with a 80% pass rate. Natalie has been teaching people to drive for over 16 years, with many additional driving experience, advanced driving, fleet training, as just a few examples of her; skills. Also helping 17 people to become Driving instructors with her instructor training skills & wonderful way of coaching you through the training.
Natalie charges £42 per hour Monday – Friday, £45 per hour on Saturdays & £50 per hour for Driving instructor training

Sharon Harper
Sharon has been a fully qualified driving instructor for over 18 years now. She is based in the Bracknell & Wokingham areas of Berkshire, and is a popular instructor within these areas. Sharon is a great, friendly, and very professional instructor. She teaches in a new Audi A1. Get in her diary now… Pass your test with ease & confidence.

Lessons available with Sharon
Sharon teaches either 1 hr or 1.5 hr or 2 hour lesson timings at a rate of £42 per hour. All arranged with the pupil & Sharon together.
Rebecca Dobner
Rebecca covers the Woodley area of Reading, teaching manual lessons. She has been a fully qualified driving instructor for over 4 years. Rebecca is very friendly and approachable. She teaches in a VW T-Cross with dual controls. As you can see from her review her teaching/coaching is second to none with an over 80% pass rate. She works Monday – Friday 7am to 6pm daily. Very dedicated instructor making her mark on the driving lessons game in Reading. Get a slot in her diary!

Saima Ali
Saima is a great, friendly, calm, and knowledgeable fully qualified driving instructor, for over 2 years now. She has previously had 12 years working as a teaching assistant in a school setting. She has experience with how to deal with anxiety and help with nervous/anxious learners. She works 6 days a week, so book in her diary to learn in her manual Ford Fiesta. Saima’s pass rate is over 80%, which makes her a great asset to the team. A brilliant female driving instructor.

Chenie Carey
Chenie is a great, friendly, calm, and helpful driving instructor. She has been teaching for over 18 months. She has experience with nervous learners. Alvon May
Hello I am Alvon, I am excited to join Always Pass Driving school
I have undertaken the most up to date training and development demanded by the DVSA to be allowed to instruct students.
I will conducting automatic Lessons in around the Newbury/Thatcham and covering the local surrounding villages in a super easy to drive automatic electric vehicle, offering relaxed, comfortable CO2 neutral driving.
I have over 15 years of advanced driving experience as a front line emergency services worker. I am passionate about road safety and in helping people to achieve the best they can be. I have worked as a trainer, teaching others to find their own path.
Lessons will be structured but relaxed, fun and engaging. Guiding and coaching you on your driving journey.
The aim is to Practice, Learn, Pass and become a safe, confident and independent driver.

Mondays 8:30-10:30am & Friday at 8.30-10.30am available for lessons

Justine Mather
Justine is lovely, calm, and knowledgeable and is also an ex-examiner who is now a driving instructor. She has previous experience of over 7 years being an examiner. Over her time as an examiner she has seen and dealt with many different situations. Her knowledge and experience within the industry is second to none. She can help all learning ability pupils from never driving to passing their test. Justine works 5 days a week, so book in her diary to learn in her manual Vauxhall Corsa. Justine’s pass rate is over 80%, which makes her a great instructor for our team. A great female driving instructor, to help you pass your test.

Steve is a fully qualified driving instructor for the past 12 months.
He is a fun, calm, & knowledgeable instructor.
He has a great unique way of teaching to get the best out of you, with gold standard achievement,
He uses modern technology to help make things easy to understand. Steven’s pass rate is 79% so an amazing instructor in our team, with a gold standard of teaching
Lessons are 90 minutes and he charges £42 hour
He works Monday to Thursday 9am- 7pm & Friday until lunchtime.
He teaches in Tilehurst area in a Ford Puma manual car
He covers Reading, Newbury & Basingstoke test centres.
Lessons available with Steve, Mondays 1.30-3, Tuesdays 1.30-3 & Wednesdays 9-10.30am

Enerjeta Kalemi
Enerjeta has been qualified as a driving instructor since October 2020.
She covers the following areas in Reading including Caversham, Sonning/ Sonning common, Woodley, Purley, Pangbourne, Burgfield/ Mortimer.
She has experience in social care, that has helped when dealing with learners who have mental or physical disabilities, or specific learning needs. She speaks Albanian and English. Her pass rate is 87% so a great instructor. Enerjeta teaches in a modern 5 door Ford Fiesta, so a great car to learn to drive in
Enerjeta works Monday to Saturday from 8am onwards. Her hourly rate is £42 per hour, doing either 1.5 or 2 hr lesson slot times.
Enerjeta covers Reading & Newbury test centres.
Tony Brown
Tony has been a driving instructor for over 12 months now. He is based in the Farnborough area, of Hampshire, and is a popular instructor within these areas. Tony is a great friendly, knowledgeable with years of driving experience thus making him a great instructor. He teaches in a new Vauxhall Corsa. Get in his diary now…

Always Pass Driving School
Always Pass has been trading since 2007, supplying highly qualified driving instructors to thousands of happy pupils. We can teach you in either a manual or automatic car. Not only can we help you to pass a driving test, we also teach many other driving skills. We teach Pass Plus, motorway training, advanced driving qualifications, and we can help you to get your licence back if it has been revoked. Driving lessons can be taught in another language. Each student will receive theory training if requested, a progress book for keep track on where you are in your training plan. We don’t charge extra for the car on test day.
